Sabrina grew up in Umbertide, a town nestled in Umbria, the green heart of Italy. But her roots comes from a Tuscan father and a Sicilian mother of whom she is very proud.
Her greatest desire has always been to travel and to meet new and interesting people from different cultures. This has taken her to many different places from which she has absorbed the cuisines, scents and flavours, creating in her a profound passion for good food, and recently this has led her to transfer her base to London.
