What happens in this class?

Customers will learn the most delicious and easiest methods of dumpling preparation using readily available ingredients.

Gyozas, or Japanese dumplings are savoury parcels traditionally filled with pork and fresh aromatics. Customers can choose between meat or vegetarian options which are both equally delicious and easy to reproduce with Andy's helpful advice

It enables the busy, working entertainer to cook authentic dumplings with little fuss or unnecessary cost.

He specialises in the preparation of Asian dumplings and savouries, and upon request will be willing to construct inspiring menus based on contemporary Asian cuisine. This may include such dishes as: sticky, slow braised belly pork; crispy roast pork with potato croquettes and sesame slaw; Japanese pancakes (Okonomiyaki) with fresh prawns; Sichuan green bean stirfries with pickled vegetable and chilli; Glazed Soya sauce chicken with spring onion relish.
