What happens in this class?

This is the perfect class for those who want to learn how to work with chocolate. You will learn how to temper chocolate to give a shiny, professional finish and fill and decorate to ill a chocolate heart (or sphere, if you're not in a valentines mood). This will definitely be a 'Chocolate Making' not a 'chocolate eating' class but there will be a few times when it is important to have a 'chef's taste' along the way.
