In this workshop will also look at how to flavour sugars with Vanilla and Citrus and adding other flavours to our biscuit doughs.

About your host, Addapo | Add a pinch of...
Marcia is a professionally trained baker, having worked for several years using predominantly natural leavens and organic stoneground flours. As such she is has a great deal of experience making and using natural leaven (Sourdough starters) as well as shaping and baking the finished loaves of breads. She has worked with everything from 100% German Ryes, to soft open-crumbed Sourdoughs.
When she is not teaching one of our workshops across London, she can be found facilitating school based gardening and family intervention workshops, centred around healthy eating, both growing and cooking for ‘Grow your own Playground’ and 'Lessons in Loaf London'.
Marcia runs our ‘Addapo’ workshops for both adults and children, specialising in bread, baked goods and pasta. There is not much she does not know about dough!
Just remember to bring along a tote bag to carry all your goodies home !
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
