An enlightening blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga combines movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, to build physical energy and increase consciousness.
No prior experience is necessary.
Our facilitator, Giulia is a certified kundalini yoga teacher and is currently training to become an art therapist. She facilitates “Yoga, Art and Storytelling” workshops for adults and children, and runs yoga courses for stress management.
