What you will do

Our busy lives rarely gave us the opportunity to have a personal space for self-reflection, creativity, creating visions, live mindfully and happy.

This workshop is about learning to live mindfully, to release the business of mind, learning how to let go, setting intentions, making plans and start dreaming. Everything using the beautiful mindfulness principles that you will learn how to use in your day to day life.

You will discover your inner power to embrace happiness and to allow yourself to unleash your inner creativity. This workshop will teach you:

  • what mindfulness is and easy steps to apply mindfulness in your day to day life
  • how to still your busy mind learning to allow yourself to sit quietly
  • how to start living mindfully and becoming aware of yourself and your life
  • unleashing your inner creativity and easy techniques to get more creative
  • meditation techniques and how to choose the meditation type that feels right for you

In this 3 hour workshop you will :

  • participate in activities to get to know yourself better and learn to reflect and how to heal your heart
  • meditate and learn different styles of meditation
  • create a secret object that will represent you and your dreams

This workshop is for you if:

About your host, Explore Art

Explore Art is a mobile creative studio which welcomes people to explore their own creative potential through creative workshops and classes. We believe that we are all born with a creative side within which sometimes might be dormant. Our mission is to bring this to light again. Your teacher is a jewellery maker with over 10-year experience in various crafts activities from jewellery making to crochet, paper-craft and other techniques.
