On arrival you are served friggitoria (Neapolitan street food!) and a glass of prosecco or Birra Moretti. The class will start once everyone’s settled in, and you’ll be shown how to make the dough. Then, using one made earlier, you’ll get the chance to throw it yourself, top it, cook it and then eat it all with another couple more drinks along the way!
