In this workshop teddy bears are the focus; they always add cuteness to any cake especially for baby showers, christenings and first birthdays.

You will learn how to utilise fondant as a modelling paste and how to get smooth and equal pieces to build up your teddy bear. You will also learn the tricks of the trade to make sure your teddy bear stays upright and proud including ways (and the tolls needed) to add various facial expressions to make your teddy bear unique for each cake.
