Things to remember

You need to bring yourself only. We will supply all you need from the apron to ingredients and of course the chocolate. Wear some comfortable shoes and some clothes you don't mind getting chocolate on.

Raanan was very clear and informative, but also entertaining at the same time. The room was set up nicely and COVID safe. The warm chocolate drink at the start was welcomed. The actual ganache and chocolate tempering were great fun and very tasty! We will definitely use his teachings and make truffles again at home!
