Chocolate bar fun

We are really enjoying planning this fun full day session. Our team are busy recreating chocolate bar recipes and will share their secrets with you.

In this full day class you will make biscuits, sponge and nougat as the base for your chocolate bars and caramel and ganache to use as fillings or toppings. Whether you try to copy existing chocolate bars or get creative developing your own will be your choice - but what we do know is that this will be a super fun class where we will enjoy eating anything that 'doesn't quite work as we planned…
