The French know food and more than that, they created some of the best desserts around. This course is a sweet celebration of all things Gallic because if you want to impress your guests, nothing says it like beautifully crafted pastry and rich chocolate.
This is an introduction to classic French desserts and basic pastries. You will be creating sumptuous desserts, learning and mastering fundamental patisserie techniques under the watchful eye of head chef. Think delicious French classics like apple tatin, berry mille-feuille and chocolate fondant.

We will provide everything you need for the class including aprons, all ingredients and packaging if you wish to take away the dishes you have prepared. Please allow at least 30 minutes to feast on your creations in our dining room afterwards.
