6. Cook Along French-ish Three Course Cookery Class. Replay Available!
I describe my style of cooking as ‘ish’. Which means I look to global cuisines, and using a handful of authentic ingredients, give local produce an exotic flair. So my recipes are a nod and a wink, a salutation if you will, to wonderful world cuisines. But with a real depth of knowledge and understanding of what makes that cuisine special. This is how I wrote my cookbooks: Delish and Relish BBQ. And it is how I enjoy cooking at home and entertaining friends. The chapters of my cookbooks are Mexican-ish, Thai-ish, French-ish and so on. This is a fun and exciting way to cook, while keeping it accessible and practical as you don’t need a long list of ingredients. I’m a wholefood chef, so I am a big fan of plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables where possible. Not just for health, but also for colour, texture and flavour. The dishes look gorgeous and so appealing. You don’t need any special food styling skills, the ingredients do all the work. The “Ish’ classes are designed to give you a fully packaged menu in that theme. I balance the main dishes with a lighter or smaller dessert. How this course works: -A week before the class you will receive all your recipes and a timeplan. -Select the recipes that you would like to cook along to and purchase the ingredients. -On the day, do the prep and ‘mise en place’ in your timeplan to prepare for the class. -Cook along to the live class and ask questions along the way. Follow the instructions on how to store and reheat your food safely. Enjoy!

7. Fun French Activities
The FLE program is for children aged 6-12 years wishing to learn French as foreign language. Play is the essential tool for the development of attachment and bonding, through smiles. Laurine's methodology is Montessori and Reggio Emilia Approach-inspired which refers to trigger your child’s curiosity by creating activities according to key themes of practical life. In addition, she applies Maker Education. Making is having a moment, catching interest of children and project it to daily learning. The term means to express their thoughts in French through drawing, dance, movement, pretend play and music. Club Petit Prince abandoned the concept of “pen and paper” or “workbook-type” of curriculum. Laurine teaches living, dynamic foreign languages effectively and with a purpose. Learning and play are not separated. It is play that works the brain. Her challenge is to create a bilingual environment that nurtures and supports all types of learners. Every child come to school as individuals with their unique blend of intelligences, personalities, temperaments, talents, interests, and learning styles.
