I would highly recommend this workshop. Heather is welcoming, fun, knowledgeable and patient. Working in a small group with one other person Heather demonstrated step by step how to make a small wet felt planter. There was a wide variety of materials available in every colour imaginable. Such a lovely afternoon in Heather’s beautiful home.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon learning how to make a felt planter. Heather is a very good teacher, explaining clearly every step of the process. Everything was well set up for us, we had an amazing choice of coloured wool. I liked that there was only 3 of us, so it felt relaxed and intimate, in great surroundings.

Heather’s workshop was so much fun! It was all new to me and she was going through the wet felting process step by step alongside with us working on our vessels. This is truly and amazing craft and Heather made it both fun and exciting :) There was also tea and delicious homemade cakes provided. I recommend this workshop to anyone who’s interested and want to try something new :D

Fantastic class with the desired results achieved. Beautiful colours provided, thorough explanations and a great atmosphere. Everything tip top and I made my first wet felt over a resist and my second successful ever wet felt so bravo. Delicious cake as well!

We so enjoyed the workshop on Saturday and were both thrilled with the results. It was a birthday present for my mother so I was really pleased to see how much she enjoyed it. I love my little pot - perfect for my AirPods!

I took the class with Heather last Saturday and found it to be very enjoyable and useful. She is an excellent teacher, keeping very much to the subject and patiently helping us with the details. Our equipment was laid out in a way that made it easy to use. Alongside this Heather had made delicious cakes, and provided music that gave the session a relaxing ambience. Directions to the workshop were clear so it was easy for me to find. I would recommend a workshop with Heather, and am inspired to continue with wet felting.

Had an excellent and enjoyable afternoon with Heather teaching us about 3D felting. Heather explained everything clearly and in detail. She helped us understand the reasons behind our actions and the properties of wool and how they can affect the end results. We all came away with beautiful felted vessels which will be proudly displayed. I will definitely continue to experiment on my own and mix wet felting techniques with needle felting and embroidery. Highly recommend this course.

Absolutely loved Heather’s tabletop 3D wet felting workshop. The whole experience from start and finish was serene and inspirational. Heather is a very knowledgable teacher with a really calm and clear approach. In addition to teaching us how to felt, she also baked a delicious almond chocolate cake - and flapjacks too - and allowed the workshop to run over time so we could all get to the finish line with our pieces. Thank you Heather! :)

So impressed with this introduction into 3D wet felting. Didn’t think I would come away with a pot on the same day so was super impressed. Lovey tutor, very calm and patient with us. Explained everything really well. Simply love my pot and now love wet felting. Would highly recommend this class. Oh and the cakes and tea were fantastic. Super relaxing afternoon.

Having spent a very pleasant afternoon with three other women, learning to wet-felt with Heather. What a lovely, lovely way to spend the day - learning, nattering, practising, nattering, eating, practising, nattering... so therapeutic... just how women have bonded for centuries. Heather is so welcoming, fun, caring and knowledgeable - what a pleasure to be in the company of someone who clearly loves what they do, as much as teaching it to others. I've always wanted to take up this art form, but it's not until you get up close and personal with it, that you appreciate exactly how much time, effort and skill goes into each and every piece. Thank you Heather for everything that you taught me. My friends and family are well impressed with my finished product. Would highly recommend your courses to everyone. Inspirational.
