We'll jump straight into the basics of pasta making. We'll go through making tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch step by step. This hands-on class will teach you everything you need to know to make fresh pasta from kneading to shaping through rolling. For this class, you'll be making pasta by machine and you'll have an overview of what making pasta by hand involves. At the end of the class we'll share a small lunch with some of the pasta we've prepared.
