If you love fresh pasta, don’t miss this demonstration and hands-on cooking class. Under Bellavita master-chef guidance, guests will learn how to make fresh filled pasta such as ravioli and mezzelune.
Once you know the fundamental steps, you can get creative at home with shapes, sizes and fillings.
At the end of the session the new chefs will enjoy the dinner they made themselves.
