Private classes are perfect for those who want a customised experience with a menu tailored to their specific interests and dietary preferences for e.g. vegan, vegetarian or if there are particular dishes that you would like to learn etc.
Additionally, these classes are perfect to gift someone as a special experience or to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary etc. These classes are hosted in my kitchen and you will need to book for a minimum of 2 people.
My classes are hands-on, fun and sociable. We will start the day with a cup of masala chai or lassi while discussing the menu. You will then roll up your sleeves and get stuck in preparing the dishes after which we will sit down together and enjoy the food you’ve cooked, or you can take food home if you prefer.
The menu typically includes - a non veg main dish, veg main dish, rice, raita (flavoured yogurt), chutney and a bread.
We ensure quality. If your class doesn't reach your expectations, we'll give your money back.
This is a Flexitime class, which means the teacher can run this class around your schedule.
