There’s nothing quite like the aromas and spices of North Africa, the delicious fruits and ripe tomatoes of Italy and Spain and meat of the Med.
Mediterranean food combines a colourful, vibrant tapestry of flavours. You’ll learn how to concoct Modern Mediterranean dishes in a mere two hours, with flavour pulsing through every dish you create.

We will provide everything you need for the class including aprons, all ingredients and packaging if you wish to take away the dishes you have prepared. Please allow at least 30 minutes to feast on your creations in our dining room afterwards.
