In this class

Are you, your nanny, or your au pair struggling to feed your children delicious and nutritious home-made food? Well then look no further, Emma's Kitchen is here to help.

You will be taught to cook an impressive repertoire of meals for children that will develop your general kitchen skills along the way. For absolute beginners, you start with the basics; from the perfect chopping of an onion, through to preparing all sorts of simple staples that children absolutely love. This class has so much packed into it and you will make anything from homemade salmon or chicken in breadcrumbs, to authentic pasta sauces; omelettes, lasagna, creamy tomato chicken and the most scrumptious speedy stir-fry.

Also, Emma's Kitchen includes some of the more everyday things such as steaming vegetables and cooking rice, couscous and mashed potato. And, you will also dabble with some easy one-pot dishes that will become firm favourites with your children.

About your host, Emma's Kitchen

This place will make you feel right at home! Emma's Kitchen is a cozy, home-based cookery school located at the bottom of Northcote Road, run by Emma Smith. All classes at Emma's Kitchen take place in Emma's kitchen!! It is an amazing space, converted into a fabulous teaching space with dual ovens, plenty of hobs, and loads of space for you to cook or bake whatever your heart desires.

After increasingly being asked for recipes and cooking advice by friends, family and neighbours, Emma decided it was time to spread the love and opened Emma's Kitchen in 2016 - and we are all better off for it 🙌

Emma's Kitchen offers loads of practical, hands-on classes and courses to bring you some of the best tips & tricks, teach you some important kitchen skills and let you in on some secret recipes for you to make at home for a fancy dinner party, or just a relaxed evening meal.
