You will be taught to cook an impressive repertoire of meals for children that will develop your general kitchen skills along the way. For absolute beginners, you start with the basics; from the perfect chopping of an onion, through to preparing all sorts of simple staples that children absolutely love. This class has so much packed into it and you will make anything from homemade salmon or chicken in breadcrumbs, to authentic pasta sauces; omelettes, lasagna, creamy tomato chicken and the most scrumptious speedy stir-fry.

Also, Emma's Kitchen includes some of the more everyday things such as steaming vegetables and cooking rice, couscous and mashed potato. And, you will also dabble with some easy one-pot dishes that will become firm favourites with your children.
