This full day course is suitable for beginners to intermediates and will teach you to create a cake in the shape of Princess Bella.
In this class
You will learn to make and decorate a delicious Princess cake. Learn how to make this carved golden swirly dress. Other skills include making and using sugar veil, some basic piping, drapes, rolled roses and blossoms.

The royal icing is made of icing sugar and egg white. This sweet icing is often used to create border, laceworks, scrollwork and writing on the cakes.
