We had a great afternoon yesterday 04.02.23 on our bread making course at Saddleworth Cookery School. Pam and the team are very knowledgeable and so organised. Just had a couple of Chelsea buns straight from the oven dripping in butter, delicious! I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Thanks to Pam and her team!

Fantastic course. Absolutely loved every minute and learned so much. I’ve successfully made bread and (probably too many) buns since attending and I suspect my children are getting as much benefit from the course as I did. Hope to come back for more courses soon.

Had a wonderful afternoon-relaxed but productive. Pam is an excellent teacher and gave lots of really great tips I will be using going forward. Came away with a collection of breads I (and my family!) was very pleased with and feel I have the confidence to continue bread 🥖 making on my own. I also thought the course was very good value for money
