This class will teach you all the secrets, tips and tricks of successful cake baking, guaranteed to take your culinary skill to the next level.
The class will start with a master class on how to make the perfect Victoria Sponge, Madeira and luxuriously moist chocolate cake, topped with a velvety ganache, sugar syrup, and a beautiful Italian meringue buttercream. Yum!
All ingredients and cooking utensils and equipment will be provided for you.
