Traditional Wooden Cup Carving.

In this workshop you'll delve into the art of crafting a traditional wooden cup known as a Kuksa. During the day participants will have the unique opportunity to create their own Kuksa, gaining insight into the traditional techniques and tools used to crafts this iconic wooden vessel. Join us for a full day of woodworking, where you'll transform fresh locally wood into a functional and aesthetically pleasing Kuksa to cherish and use for years to come.

We will be working outside - though we will have a covered area - so please come prepared for all weathers. Please wear walking boots/work boots if possible, or trainers if not. Please don't wear bare feet, crocs or open-toed shoes.
