I've never done any wet felting will I manage this workshop?
Yes, I've found most people are able to create a 3D form they are happy with whether or not they have wet felted before. Though it may be it will take you a little longer to completely full down your piece to it's shape.
Does the wool tops you use come from non-mulesed sheep?
Absolutely yes! Whatever state the wool I source is in there is one thing for sure my suppliers guarantee the sheep have NOT been mulesed.
What is that? Simply put it is a barbaric procedure of removing strips of wool-bearing skin from Merino sheep buttocks to prevent a condition known as fly strike. It is used in in Australia where most of the world's wool comes from. The New Zealand wool industry completely phased out the practice in 2012.
