What happens in this class?

This is a private cooking class with the aim to improve your eating habits through delicious, easy recipes. Lasting from 2-3 hours, the client chooses three recipes. I send you a shopping list and go cook with you in your home!

In this classes I explain the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, with easy but delicious meals. Thinking about the busy Londoner, I also provide tips for batch-cooking, how to increase protein content in plant-based meals, how to keep your food for longer and more!
