In this classes I explain the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, with easy but delicious meals. Thinking about the busy Londoner, I also provide tips for batch-cooking, how to increase protein content in plant-based meals, how to keep your food for longer and more!
Examples of meals include vegan stews, a healthier spin on the mac 'n cheese, vegan choc pots, crumbles and more!
This can also be adapted to any dietary requirements such as gluten-free or nut allergies.
