These 12 weekly sessions give students the opportunity to fulfil the requirements for the skills section of the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award. The class includes the filling in of relevant forms and photographic evidence to support the paperwork. Each week students learn a new recipe and take their cooked dishes home for their families to enjoy.
