I am expanding my cooking skills and this lead me to take this course in Indian Snack food. The course takes place in Komal's new and modern flat in Collingdale. Komal is very warm and accommodating and gave a quick brief of the course and went through the Recipes for the snack we were creating. She was very thorough and is very passionate about food, not to mention incredible knowledge. She is extremely patient and was very astute at assessing my experience of cooking and adapts the course accordingly. I thoroughly recommend this course.
