Thai food is huge in the UK and this is your chance to master the art of mixing the hot, sour, salty and sweet flavours which are vital to its success. This Thai cooking class gets to grips with this fragrant and wonderfully flavoured cuisine, teaching you about the ingredients essential to authentic Thai cooking and enabling you to create mouth-watering dishes.
You’ll tackle how best to cook using a pestle & mortar and how to get the most flavour out of spices as well as sharpening your knife skills and mastering how to prepare ahead. You’ll learn how to make the Thai classic, som tam salad and how to make a green curry paste from scratch, along with delicious fish cakes. Plus you’ll not only create, you’ll also taste, taking time to enjoy everything you cook.

The classes are small and taught in a home style kitchen so that you can replicate the recipes at home with ease.
Everything you need for the class including aprons, all ingredients and packaging if you wish to take away the dishes you have prepared will be provided. Please allow at least 30 minutes to feast on your creations in the dining room after the class. The classes usually have less than 8 guests. If the class has more than 8 guests, there will be additional chefs on hand to lead the class. The maximum guests per class is 15.
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
