What happens in this class?

By popular demand Ubie has created a Watercolour Skills Class.

This will be the first class in a series that we will run from time to time alongside their popular Mandala Drawing, Mandotla and Mindful Pattern Design Art Classes.

In the morning learn all about the tools and techniques!

You will learn all about water control, working with dry, damp and saturated paper. You will learn key skills such as wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry painting skills and learn to create washes and blend colours.

Brilliant teacher, very encouraging , very friendly and extremely talented. We learnt how to create different textures by blending and water control and the importance of leaving areas of space between paints.

Thank you for an amazing watercolour class. Ubie taught us the basic techniques for watercolour painting and by the end of the class we were able to use them to produce a picture. The class was very relaxing and was taught at a good pace. Ubie is very knowledgable, patient and is a great teacher! Thank you for the endless coffee and biscuits ;)

Ubie hails from Hong Kong and relocated to the UK in 2017. She is a qualified graphic designer and ran an art and craft studio and shop in Hong Kong for many years.

Ubie's classes in Mandala Drawing and Painting have been a 'big hit' with our students being amazed in the beautiful work they can create in a short period of time in a very relaxing, mindful and creative environment.
