This was a wonderful experience. Our teachers were so friendly, helpful and insightful. As well as learning sushi making skills that we can transfer to our home kitchen, we learnt a lot about Chinese and Japanese culture and history. All done in an informal, friendly way.

Great beginners class. It was a one to one teacher/student ratio. They were able to provide a vegetarian option. Added bonus was the history aspect and being able to buy all the ingredients from the shop afterwards.
Peter - 31 March 2019
Very knowledgeable guy who is clearly passionate about sushi and the best ingredients to make it. Learned a great deal and have already put it into practice. Highly recommended and an excellent course. Thank you
