An introduction to basic tasting technique, based on the major grape varieties & their varying styles, from the world's principal wine producing countries.
The classes are usually of around 30 people, they are informal but informative, and I encourage questions throughout. If you want to come and ask something less publicly you can come and see me at the end of the evening.
