What you will do
3 hour workshop
Try out working with glass! The workshop will offer you a few hours to try out cutting glass and making patterns. You even get to keep the fruits of your labour. You could make 4 10x10cm coasters or just freestyle and make any design you want on a large 20x20 piece. I have a range of colours available including glass powders, and thin stringers. There is so much to explore in glass.
During the workshop:
- Learn to safely cut glass, then arrange and layer pieces to create a design.
- Come with your own design in mind or use one of the teachers designs.
- Make a set of 4 coasters.
Please note the glass works will be fired in my kiln after the session so will take a few days before they ready to collect. Alternatively, your pieces can be posted.
