Blowfish Glass is such a wonderful studio where students, up to 5/6 depending on type of work. Having attended the 2nd weekend of making caned fruits, it was absolutely incredible. Beth & Elliot guide & assist to help you achieve some very dramatic results!, as in complete magic! 5 students, 1 brief & all completely different & gorgeous! It is a fast paced day with comraderie & great team work. It is hot, focused & drink a lot of water & when one's creation peeps out of the kiln, the squeal of delight begins & never mind getting ready for 'The Cut'! Squeals turn to, 'did we really make that?' I am unable to explain what it means!, but all I know is, I love the magic of Glass!

Entering the Blowfish Glass Studio was very exciting & a course in making Caned Fruit was brilliant. Great team all working together to achieve some amazing results. Would definitely sign up again & recommend a new challenge with a divine piece of Glass Art! Elliot & Beth are so easy & pleasant to work with. Looking forward to my next Masterclass. Thanks a mil. X

This is the 3rd Mayer class I’ve done with Elliott and Bethany so I guess you could say I’m addicted, just waiting for the next one. Amazing experiences with the most amazingly talented people who just want to share what they do and boy are they great at what they do. For all those sitting on the fence don’t wait give it a go you’ll be truly amazed at what you can produce

In just a few words, this is the best course, run by the nicest and most skilled and passionate people for their art you'll ever encounter.
Elliot imagination and knowledge is world class, backed by his amazing partner Beth, who is so skilled, attentive, and they just want you to have the best experience.
In addition you will experience what real teamwork is.
Cripes, I love this experience, and just cannot thank Elliot and Beth enough.
My 3rd experience with them and I'll certainly be doing more in 2024.

What can I say - every time I go back for a glassblowing day at Blowfish, it gets better. Bethany and Elliot were absolutely incredible, showing us various techniques over two days, enabling us all to walk away with beautiful fruit made out of folded glass and pulled cane. I can't wait to go back!

Wowee, what can we say other than a MASSIVE thank you to Beth & Elliot for delivering the best workshop we've ever been on to date. What an absolute amazing experience and opportunity to be taught a masterclass by these two hugely tallented artists.
On our weekend workshop, we were taught how to make a fruit of our choice where at the end, it will be cut in half to show the interesting cross section inside.
You'd never appreciate the amount of thinking and planning that goes into each piece of the process until you have a go yourself! Then you do! It's all completely mindblowing and just makes you want to learn more!
Can't wait for the next course.

This was my second master class with Elliot and Beth again they were fabulous turning my idea s into a reality. Met some great people, had a fab weekend, can’t wait to get my hat home but more importantly can’t wait for the next one.
If you have tried it you’ve got to give it a go you’ll be me as obsessed as the rest of us.

What an amazing experience this was, if I had read the instructions I would have been better prepared but it certainly showed me what seriously gifted glass artists Elliot and Beth are, thinking on their feet, not once saying that cannot be done (or are you out of your mind) the best experience I have done and sorry Elliot and Beth I think I am very likely to come and do it all over again. Lovely days full of learning, teamwork, glass handling and blowing, talking about the experiences they have as artists, the passion they have for the industry and just wanting to teach others, oh and let's not forget Walter. I was just "blown away" an experience I will never forget and just maybe go and study at the ripe old age of 62. Thank you so much!!!

From start to finish this was such a great course! Learnt so many new skills and knowledge from the experts and it was lovely to meet new people. Definitely recommend. The location is lovely too and the lunches provided were top!
