The Lady running it is lovely, bubbly and helpful. However, we were promised mulled wine and minced pies. We were told it wasn't available at the Putney location on arrival. Nowhere on the website does it state this! We felt very rushed. However, it was supposed to run from 10:30 to 12 pm. They wanted us out by 11:30 because the restaurant opened at 12 noon. I think you need to be more honest about your timing. If you want people to finish at 11:45 you should state this. Also, if the wreath had moss on to start it would give us more time to decorate the wreath. In all previous wreath-making classes, the moss had already been applied. I did enjoy the class and am happy with my wreath but felt short-changed and rushed
