An enjoyable class with a really experienced tutor. Focusing on hand building, the session enabled me to rethink basic coiling, pinching and slab building processes. I liked the way the course focused on colour – either by combining a range of naturally coloured clays for marbling or inlaid effects, using oxides and slips. I learnt a great deal, and feel more confident about making larger pieces – I definitely feel inspired, and wish to continue exploring!

Wonderful experience as always at the LSW ...the level of feedback and knowledge you get from professionals working in the field just can’t be matched ..

Excellent, excellent And Excellent! Alex was the perfect Tutor. Her experience and knowledge shone through. I learnt more in the two day course with her than on any other ceramics course! I have always been pleased with courses at the London Sculpture workshop! They are such good value for money and I appreciate the way in which they provide the course materials. Couple this with their talented tutors and I don’t think you can do better anywhere else ! Thank you Alex for a lovely two course! I will certainly be recommending it to fellow potters!
