Attending the art class at Alma Tipon was an absolute delight. Painting beautiful seascapes while chatting with fellow participants created a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The use of enchanting shades of blues and greens made the experience truly captivating. It was a perfect blend of learning and enjoyment, leaving me feeling inspired and refreshed. Highly recommended!

Alma took us firstly through basics of the use of acrylics and then we were able to paint our own sea landscape from either the traditional panoramic view or from the more unusual sky view. She encourages you to explore and gives every individual guidance on their own piece. Very enjoyable and I look forward to follow up sessions! Thank you Alma!

My friends and I really enjoyed Alma’s class. We have all painted before, but wanted to find a workshop where we could paint together in a relaxed environment whilst learning some tips from a professional and Alma’s class was perfect. Great class - relaxed, friendly atmosphere in a small but comfortable studio. Alma was really helpful in showing us acrylic techniques and helping us individually with our projects. The time flew past, and I came home with a half-decent painting! I'd recommend for all levels, and will definitely book again.

I had a great painting session with Alma yesterday. The class took place in Alma's lovely place and the whole experience was peaceful and enjoyable with just four attendees. Alma made us comfortable and explained each and every step of the tasks clearly. She was very much hands on and I believe we all progressed well in the given time. A lot of tips and tricks as well as regular one to one conversations were very useful. Alma made sure that we all enjoyed the session well and remained proud of what we achieved. I would definitely recommend such a class to anyone. I hope to return to learn more in future.

A really enjoyable and insightful session, the studio is really well set up with everything you need, and gorgeous paintings for inspiration. Instructor is really friendly and attentive, happy to answer any questions and be really hands on to help out. I would thoroughly recommend !

Absolutely loved this and had a brilliant time. Alma is warm, amazing and talented, she really got the best out of us and I'm so happy I produced something that I am really proud of. I am looking to book my next watercolor class with Alma very soon! :-)

I loved this class. Alma is very talented and guided us through the stages from trying out different techniques to finishing our seascape painting. A complete beginner like me was very happy with how my painting turned out which is down to Alma and her teaching. I would highly recommend this class, 3 hours flew by. Studio was easy to find and was a great space to work in. Perfect Friday night. Thank you so much Alma. Jean and I attended Alma's art lesson and was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. We found her to be very informative and helpful. Her teaching method was hands on which we found very useful. Her studio was well equipped and very professional with the added bonus of her amazing paintings.

I enjoyed working with Mrs. Elma. I learned many ways to work with acrylic colors. I hope to continue working with her on higher methods next time. The class atmosphere was great and very relaxing.

Such a beautiful afternoon with Alma, from beginning to end. This was a Mother’s Day gift with my twin daughters. Alma’s art studio is bright and cheerful, there were snacks and drinks available. Alma is very hands on and guides you through your art piece. We picked up loads of tips. I have learnt lots! The class is super relaxing. Alma is super easy, friendly and inspiring. She taught us alot of techniques to get started. Overall, the class is beyond what I expected.

This is really an extraordinary class painting from a perspective to which we wouldn't ordinarily see. Hover high above a tropical beach and paint the sand, sea and trees, adding people and surfboards at the end. Really good fun and I highly recommend it.

Alma was an excellent teacher in our group session! The atmosphere was calming and friendly, and Alma has lots of experience and great materials for us to use. With such good guidance I now have a wonderful seascape painting - I would highly recommend this class!

This is my 3rd class with Alma in a week so I think that pretty much speaks for itself. I learnt about acrylic painting techniques and how to layer with these paints. I learnt how to create 3d effects using an array of colours. The venue was amazing as always..very chilled out and relaxed.

Had an amazing 1-2-1 with Alma, completely lost myself in three hours of painting, learnt new techniques with acrylics and came away with a painting I’m proud of. High recommend!

I work in the bank and this class is a way out of stressful days at work. Painting this aerial study literally takes your mind to the beach and surfing 🏄 🏄‍♂️ 🏄‍♀️

I never painted before but within two hours I have learned how to use a palette knife, perspective and choose complementary colours to make a professional painting. I cannot recommend enough Alma's class; starting from a very cosy environment, good music and drinks. Alma is very patient and approachable. I wish I could upload my finished painting here because seriously, what you'll learn here is good stuff.

A wonderful workshop... Alma , on top of being an amazing artist, is also a great teacher, she will guide you step by step but at the same time leave you free to experiment and bring you own twist to your art work. It's an intimate and cozy class, and being in her home studio you also get the chance to have a look at her beautiful pieces! Cannot recommend it enough, I will definitely be back :)

Alma is a great friendly instructor. Learned a lot in just couple of hours and I’d be confident in taking on bigger canvases in the future. Also, the venue is cosy, it’s lovely to experience painting in the artist studio.

We had so much fun at this class. We are guided from choosing the right colours & application using brush and palette knife. The colour mixing exercise is really interesting, learnt alot! Alma's studio is quite inspirational too. Class is really fun and interesting and I would highly recommend it.

I had such a wonderful experience at this class with Alma! I didn't want to leave. I would definitely do this again.

All round 5 stars. I have learned a lot about acrylic paintings. Alma is knowledgeable, well organised and warm. It was both relaxing and a lot of fun. The atmosphere is also very peaceful and cosy. I cannot recommend enough this class. Excellent teaching.
