Successful patchworking and quilting is part knowing what to do, and part practice.
Come along as and when you have a question, need help, want some time out to actually get some patchworking done, or want to have a go at a new technique. Each session will have a demonstration at the beginning and then you can practice that technique or seek help with your own project as needed. The club will run on Tuesday afternoons during term time.
We welcome those who already have basic patchwork knowledge and have mastered some blocks but are having specific problems or want to progress and learn how to become more accurate, or some tips and tricks to get things done with less effort.
Perhaps you've seen something you'd like to have a go at but are not sure what technique is used. Come along! We run small group classes with a maximum of 6 students so you can get the most out of our expert tuition, and a sewing machine to yourself.
