One-day Champagne Wine School

Edwin Dublin, resident Champagne specialist at the Wine School, offers a glimpse into the history and differences for all types of champagne - from Moet to Bollinger, and everything in between.

After an introduction and brief talk by champagne specialist, Edwin Dublin, the education begins with interactive champagne tasting comprising of 12 unique flavours. Each is delivered with a wealth of information and entertaining anecdotes to bring the experience to life.

The luncheon is specially designed for the champagne session. A further five champagnes are offered as accompaniments throughout the meal to show the ways in which they can be paired…

A meal is served during the session, alongside samples of champagne, some of which are available to purchase by the bottle once the session is over. Some champagne selections have been taken from the cellar's historic collection, and thus are not available to purchase.
