You will be eased into this One-Day Burgundy Wine School with tea, coffee and biscuits, before launching into a tasting of ten Burgundies, comparing the wines and listening to the differing views of all.
You will cover the quality hierarchy of Burgundy and the key characteristics that this region is famous for, including Grand Cru, Premier Cru and village wines. This will be followed with a Burgundy-themed luncheon, for which the Berry Bros. & Rudd Head Chef will design a three-course repast.
