Who is Clive Barlow?
Clive has been Master of Wine for over 20 years and is renowned for his palette and wine tasting skills. He has been a senior judge at the Decanter World Wine Awards, a panel chair at the International Wine Challenge, launched the Canterbury Wine Festival and was Director of Education at the Masters of Wine Institute. He started his career in an English vineyard and is well known to many vineyards in the UK.

A lovely evening with the friendly Jonathan in the chair and an excellent introduction to English wines by Clive Barlow MW.
Clive's presentation was clear and well illustrated without being over-complicated The wines were of very good quality and well selected to show the wide range of styles available.
Jonathan and Clive are very good advocates for the exciting new English wine scene.

I have learned so much about English wines in this session. The format works really well, even for wine novices like me - the samples are generous and arrive well-packaged, and with notes, a couple of days before. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this wine tasting event. Colin is incredibly interesting and it was great to learn more about English wine . The tasting viles are fantastic and really generous. Will repurpose them! The length of the session was spot on. Will definitely order some of the wines tasted . Thanks

An absolutely fantastic evening. Really informative and Clive was brilliant. The wines came beautifully presented in glass test tubes and it was great to meet other interested people on the tasting too. Hopefully there will be some different wines to try next time? It would be perfect for a private group / work event too!
