    A fantastic supper club hosted by Buchanans Cheesemonger, this event combines luxurious food, cheese tasting and education into a relaxed evening of fine dining in central London. During the evening, attendees will take part in a cheese tasting session, followed by the opportunity to meet the brains behind the maturing process and ask any questions, before completing the evening with a two-course supper and complimentary wines.

    In this class

    The evening I split into three activities - firstly, participants sample a selection of cheeses, coupled with perfectly matched wines. After this, attendees are introduced to the brains behind the cheese and have the opportunity to discuss techniques, ask questions and get to know Buchanan's chees makers. The evening concludes with a simple two-course supper and wine.

    Buchanans cheesemongers are the specialists when it comes to pairing the perfect cheese with certain drinks, meals and occasions - skills which the affineurs (cheese aging specialists) love to pass on to visitors through the classes and events offered onsite.
