I've been going to Thames Ditton's Wednesday morning 10-12pm open session. Really good, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

A great morning planning a group project- a post box topper. I tried out my very rusty knitting skills (not the right word for my attempt!) . A lovely morning as usual.

And we’re back after the school holidays! Another brilliant morning, plenty of laughter and crafting. Crocheted dinosaurs, knitted baby clothes, hand decorated bags and other crocheted things. Oh and tea and yummy biscuits! What is not to like? Really friendly group - do come and join us if you are local to Thames Ditton (pay &display carpark behind the studio if you’re not within walking distance!)

We always have a lovely time! Sonia makes a lovely cup of tea, and has been happy to help me out with lots of advice, tips, and equipment when I bite off more than I can chew with my craft projects.
We're even planning a group project together, which is very exciting.

Another lovely friendly morning. A variety of projects - someone using the large tables to cut out a dress. Others crocheting, hand sewing and knitting. I continued on my crown project with assistance from the lovely Micky who will hopefully be joining us in the future.

Another busy morning with a mix of crafts. Crocheting, knitting and I was preparing material and drawing the patterns for crowns (Coronation coming up).
Lots of chat and laughter plus ideas for joint projects discussed! A relaxing couple of hours and so so much more productive than the same time at home!

More people meant more chat and laughter! A lovely friendly welcoming group. The ‘newbies’ are already smitten like the rest of us and will be returning.

Fun morning. Plenty of laughs. Mixture of crafts, sewing bags and crowns, preparing patterns, knitting. It is so lovely that whatever your craft- knitting, sewing, embroidery, crochet you are welcome. All willing to help with ideas and advice if needed.

Another lovely morning. Plenty of chatter and laughter (Class lives up to its name!) This time I recycled a cushion cover into a zipped bag for Boomerang Bags. A win win! Lots of advice available if you want it but all very relaxed. A lovely bit of ‘me’ time.

Another brilliant morning at Craft My Day in Thames Ditton.
We all attacked the sewing machines either making bags or quilted coasters. Michelle explained the basic principle of free motion embroidery. (I feel another workshop coming on!)
A friendly cheerful way to spend a couple of hours of ‘me time’. Roll on next week!

Lovely morning spent at Thames Ditton Studio.
Impromptu lesson in Log cabin quilting design and we made three coasters for the studio.
Very friendly welcoming atmosphere. Sonia was doing a great job putting up Christmas lights and decorations. See you next week!
