Once you've requested an appointment with a preferred day and time of the week, we will be in touch within 24-48hrs. If your preference isn't available we will let you know of a few options available for your consultation.

Where do the consultations take place?

All our consultations take place in the studio where you will get a full feel of how you’re experience will be on the day. You will receive an email with specific direction to the studio. There is free parking outside the studio and we are close to public transportation routes.

What should we bring to a consultations?

Just yourselves! If you have an idea of the style, shape, images and materials you would like that is a good starting point. We have plenty of examples as well and can help walk you through if you aren’t too sure.

I have my grandmothers gold ring can I use it to make mine?

You are welcome to recycle your own heirloom jewellery into your own wedding rings! This does add a special touch of history and sentiment to your jewellery. Please bring these with you for the consultation.

How much will the material cost?

The materials cost will vary depending on the type of materials you choose (silver or the carat of gold). The thickness and size of your ring also play a factored into materials cost. You will be given a quote based on the design choice during the consultation. Precious metal prices fluctuate on a daily basis. We will endeavour to ensure that the price is correct at the time of invoicing you for materials once you have booked your chosen workshop date.

We’ve never made any jewellery making before is that okay?

Don’t worry at all! This is a complete beginner course and you will have expert guidance every step of the way.

How soon after our consultation can we make our rings?

It depends on availability and your schedule. In general, weekdays are more quickly available whereas weekends book up in advance. It really is worth taking a day off work! Once you are ready to book we will send you a booking link via Obby to secure your date.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

A light lunch is provided and ordered from a local cafe. You will be able to make your own selection to suit from the menu at the beginning of your session.

Can we take photos?

Absolutely!! Capture all the moments of your experience and we can even take some for you.
