Jewellery making workshop
3.5 hour workshop
Join Kat in Hoxton and make one of Kat&Bee's classic rings and a pair of earrings to match!
In this workshop
In this half day workshop you will learn the basics of making a ring shaft, how to bind, the looping technique, wrapping technique and tips on creating your design.
Kat will be on hand to guide you through every step of the process to ensure you can take the skills away with you to continue making jewellery at home! You will be guaranteed to produce at least two pieces that are professional worthy.
Now you can
There will be cakes, croissants and bucks fizz to help you on your creative morning. By the end of the class you will have a pair of earring and a ring to take away with you.
Sailors saw earrings as a symbol of their seafaring adventures. Earrings were also worn for acupuncture purposes with the aim of improving eyesight and hearing. Earrings were also used as payment for anyone who finds their shipwrecked bodies to give them a proper burial.
Kat makes bespoke, handmade jewellery; from small and stackable to big statement rings, charm bracelets, pendants and intricate earrings.
Kat offers a variety of workshops from one or two hour quick fix sessions, to half day or full day classes or for the more serious learners we can create a bundle where you work on one piece or a different piece each week or month, just get in touch to find out more.
Classes will suit pro's and beginners looking to learn some new skills and to get inspired.
Workshops will take place at Kat's PR office in London or we can help you find a suitable venue or travel to meet you.
