Free Kids Embroidery Badges Workshop - Lewisham Shopping Centre | Obby

In this free workshop your child will learn to thread a needle and will have the change to design a badge of their choice. They will be shown different embroidery stitches which they can then choose to decorate a pin badge.

This workshop will be hosted in our pop up shop "The Repair Station" in Lewisham Shopping Centre which we will be running for 6 weeks as part of the Lewisham Borough of Culture, find us opposite Greggs!

I'm not bad at sewing - but does my daughter ever listen to me? Make Mee do a brilliant job of teaching proper making / design skills in a fun context, that gives kids a firm technical framework but empowers them to take the lead creatively. It's been so nice to see her revelling in her creations.
