What happens in this class?

Course objectives:

This group is moving into its second term, with some returning students considering writing projects and readying themselves for more in-depth learning. We are looking forward to meeting new members to the group.

During the spring term, we will continue to examine the nuts and bolts of creative writing in fiction, non-fiction, and poetry and uncover the various aspects of being a creative writer.

Those who join us will benefit from all that previous students have learned and further teaching that deepens the understanding of what it takes to write successful narratives. Each week, we will…

Things to remember

You will need to bring a notebook and pen.

Tea and coffee will be provided.

Ruth V Jarvis is a BA (Hons) author, editor and script consultant. She writes trauma narrative poetry, feminist and historic fiction and non-fiction.
