Ceramic studio access - work on your own project!

These studio sessions are suitable for someone with an understanding of ceramic processes and materials who wants to work independently on personal projects.

I will be available for technical support although no formal teaching is included.

The studio is equipped for hand-building and suitable for working on small and medium scale items.

The kiln is a top-loading 40 x 31 cm, firing at both earthenware and stoneware temperature.
Tools, plaster moulds, a selection of brush on glaze, underglaze and decorating slip are available. You can to bring your own clay and glaze if preferred.

Is parking available?

There is some free parking available in the nearby streets. Please be aware, parking in front of the Art House building is for residents only. Bike shed available.

Can I use the pottery wheel?

These sessions are for hand building only, no wheel throwing is not included.
