The world is in pain and we can all feel it. This is a safe space to let go. Step inside my studio on Stepney City Farm for a few hours of anything goes, no rules and no judgment Creative Release!

Using paint, pastels, charcoal, pens, collage, mud, anything you can find in my studio and on the farm (within reason!!), release all your anger and sadness about what is going on in Ukraine and elsewhere.

I'll do a short meditation/reading and we'll start with some creative exercises…
