This was an absolutely wonderful class. As total beginners and not technically able artists in any way my partner and I greatly enjoyed it and found the mandala making easy to follow and we're now totally hooked. We're going to be doing more together at home and checking in on other classes and for inspiration -- it's super fun and relaxing and the mandalas look great even at our level ;)

My family really enjoyed this introduction to Mandala drawing. Kathryn gave us a context for the drawings. She is obviously knowledgeable about them. We had a slight sound issue because my husband and I were on separate devices in the same room, we had not anticipated that would be a problem so sorry about that. I was much slower than the rest of the family so did find the pace a little too quick for me but everyone else was fine. I did manage to finish my mandala off after the lesson finished. I would recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to draw mandalas.

I loved the class, such a relaxing activity! The teacher is lovely and I was very happy with my result, it came out really pretty although it was my first try. Very recommended.

I've had a fascination with geometric patterns from different cultures for as long as I can remember. At art college, I studied Celtic geometric designs for my thesis. Some years later, following a visit to India, I became interested in mandalas, another form of geometric…

I have never done anything like this before but it was fantastic - the course was made simple enough for a beginner to follow and it was great to drift off into a relaxing world of Mandalas. Immediately I finished the course, I treated myself to a proper compass and pens and there is no looking back!

Fantastic class. Well worth it. Extra time taken for my 16 yr old daughter. Activity lasted full afternoon as she continued to colour and decorate long after class. What a great way to fill a rainy afternoon ( especially when I am working!) Highly recommend .Many Many thanks 😊

An interesting background into Mandalas, including ideas and inspiration. A really clear guide to forming the Mandala base and key shapes and it was a nice, calming activity too. I have now made a template that I can use for my future ones too. Thank you.
