Our Complete Decorated Wedding Cake Course is suitable for budding cake-makers starting a business, home-bakers, and anyone in need of hands-on skills and techniques.
During the course you’ll make a three tiered version of this elaborate floral cake, decorated in our signature ‘wildflowers’ style. You’ll learn every step in creating a professionally finished cake, including; baking, layering and filling; ganaching and flawless covering; how to stack your cake securely; how to make a beautiful variety of sugar flowers; and designing, arranging and decorating with your wired and non-wired flowers.
The flowers are taught in our signature style and the skills and techniques you will learn can also be used for different varieties of sugar flowers and cake designs.
On top of all this, you’ll take a tour of our professional cake design studio and kitchen (conveniently located next to the classroom), as well as meeting Rosalind and the team for a Q&A. Plus there’ll be lots of useful hints and tips to take home, learned and developed over the years.
