Such a good intro. Think it might be worth letting people know they might need time after to finish.
But amazing teacher and good fun. Would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed the class. Didn't know what to expect as it was online but I really picked up a lot in such a short space of time. Jo was very informative.

I really enjoyed the course. Jo was clear and helpful - I learnt loads and even managed to make a little spatula that resembled the idea I had at the start. I am definitely going to carry on car I and will book on further courses. Thanks Jo.

A great class that covered the basics reaqlly well. I feel comfortable using a knife and very happy with my spatula, which didn't take me long to finish after the class. Will definitely do another course.

I loved this course. I learnt new skills and came away with a really good way of taking a break. I can handle a knife safely and I'm looking forward to carving other things. And my spatula is looking surprisingly good! I'm signing up for the wooden spoon next.
